Fave Moisturizers?

Hi;
I'm not exactly a newbie with mmu, I've used BE 3-4 years ago and stopped almost rightaway (AWFUL color match and formulations!). Anyway, I just start sampling recently and wondering what is your current/fave moisturizers to use with mmu? And do you used primer after that? If you do, what brand do you used? Thank you very much!

Re: Fave Moisturizers?

Right now I use Camellia (sinensis) Oil from GOW www.gardenofwisdom.com .
It's a very light oil, but very moisturizing at the same time. I also alternate among different primers-Lauress Kick Start, Tinted Silk dust (EDM), plain old Silica (ronasphere, now discontinued), Meow combo skin primer.

Re: Fave Moisturizers?

I use moisturiser from Quinessence, which is a handmade UK brand. I don't currently use a primer.

Re: Fave Moisturizers?

I use a drop of emu oil and a drop of squalane oil mixed with a bit of water for moisturizer. If I do use a primer I use either Serious Skin Care's A-primer or just plain silica from TKB or other mineral makeup making suppliers.

Re: Fave Moisturizers?

I use a locally made one (I'm from the Philippines) that I found online. It's from a bee farm called Ilog Maria (River Mary). I use their cleanser / moisturizer. It's pretty good. They have face oil too.

Re: Fave Moisturizers?

I don't think there is a particular moisturizer to be used with MMU. Just use whatever moisturizer you like and works for you! Now, with regards, to the primer, did you try doing a search? There are tons of info here already, the search function is awesome and very informative!

Re: Fave Moisturizers?

If I may rant a bit, since my post count is very low atm, I cannot view the links you guys posted . But thank you for your replies (that I can read lol).
I found that using my regular moist makes my face oilier with mmu, where my Make Up Forever loose powder I used before makes my face matte for hours! But I want to switch to mmu completely since I rarely had breakouts now (YAY!).
