Foundation brush??
I've used a foundation brush to apply a compact makeup (superbalanced by clinique), but on EDM website they have a foundation brush offered saying that it's perfect........but I'm using a kabuki to apply my MMU.
Has anyone tried a foundation brush to apply your MMU & how did it work? I guess I could pull my foundation brush out & give it a try, but it just doesn't seem like it would work well to me. |

Re: Foundation brush??
Concealer/foundation brushes are nice for detail work, higher coverage in larger areas, such as eyelids, under eyes, freckles etc I Use this type of brush to go back over some larger areas of discoloration I have near my jawline. I use the concealer size more than I use the foundation size. I use everyday, but not to apply all over.

Re: Foundation brush??
Love the concelaer brush. I have a few use them a lot. The full size foundation one I use less frequently, but nice to have.

Re: Foundation brush??
I have EDM's foundation brush and I don't really use it. It was the first brush I bought, but I think I like a kabuki better for mineral foundation. I stopped using it after I got a kabuki, but I guess to be fair I could give it another shot. The reason I quit using it was because it took too long to cover my face [because the head of the brush is so small] and you have to use an up and down, side to side "painting" type motion instead of the circular strokes you can do with kabukis. Now I'm wondering how the foundation brush would work with the different foundations I have from other companies... I only ever tried it with EDM foundation.

Re: Foundation brush??
Yeah, I mostly use my concealer brush & for added detailed coverage, not to apply all over daily. A foundation brush is nice to cover larger areas.
