i cant take credit for this tip,this one comes from lisa @mymineralbathandbody,she was so helpful with tips and shades and brushes,she told me to use petal mineral veil(her line) use a flocked sponge or concealer brush and put on b4 foundation on pores,i used the flocked sponge and my makeup still looked good at 3am and i put it on about 10 in the morning,omg this stuff is great,also use after foundation it also helps smooth the skin for foundation ,just press in the veil with the sponge and you will see the difference right away,then apply foundation ,then veil after you will be amazed,i was

It works with BE veil too. I actually tried it with BE 1st :-) after you 'spackle' with veil of choice (I prefer Petal vs white for this but any veil type product should work) using a flocked sponge , apply foundation as usual over it & then add later of veil using concealer brush to apply as finish. You should see a noticible difference.

Hmm, I have a flocked sponge, maybe I should try this. Lumiere Veena Velvet foundation pretty much makes my pores disappear on its own, so I don't know if this would improve it for me at all. Experiment time! LOL.

LOL Yeah foundation works too , but for those with larger pores (my nose pores are huge :-O works great to 'spackle' (& added shine control) & using the concealer brush to add the veil makes a nice finish

I learned this from Leslie of BE. It's called the sandwich method because you use the mineral veil BEFORE and AFTER foundation. I use a concealer brush for the BEFORE application and apply it on my t-zone. Works great. I also use the Pure Luxe powder eraser instead of the mineral veil on my dilated pores and it works better.

I was also going to mention I remember u using the sandwich method w/BE. Thanx for reminding me to try this out
