Least "powdery"-looking MMU?

as title says ^^ ..
which brand do you guys think looks most natural on, with the least powdery look (when applied dry), while still giving good coverage ?

The few brands ive tried look a little too powdery personally.. still awaiting samples from meow, oceanmist and monave though..

Re: least "powdery"-looking MMU?

Out of the MMU's I've sampled, I would suggest: Lumiere in FF, Aromaleigh in Voile and Aubrey Nicole in Full Coverage. All of these give me very good coverage and it looks very natural. I do have oily skin.

I havent tried too many but i think Oceanmist, Lumiere and BE apply smoothly. I thought EDM was too powdery.

Re: least "powdery"-looking MMU?

i tried lumiere's VV and luminesse, but i didnt really like them much. I havnt tried FF though, i figured it was more for dry skin (i have oily/combo).. but maybe i should give that a try too ? ..

Yeah, that is what it is listed as, for Normal/Dry skin. I read some comments by some of the girls on here that said it was the best version of the Lumiere foundations. I sampled all the versions. The coverage is best with FF and it "goes into" your skin better. I have not had any adverse reactions due to the fact I have oily skin and it is for dry skin. I do use a rice powder primer after I moisturize. Rice powder holds the oil down very well. The FF provides a more supple look compared to the more matte look of the other two, IMO.

My favorite is Everyday Minerals in all their formulas except Intensive. It's the creamiest I've tried and just melts into my skin.

Re: least "powdery"-looking MMU?

I use EDM, I mix two together, one of the original glo and one intensive. I also think it the technique you use, might not be the powder. At first when I just starting using MMU it was powdery looking no matter what I used. But now I have my application technique down. I think thats a major part in it!!!

What formulation of the EDM did you have? I find the Intensive to be pretty decent and not very powdery. The most powdery look I get is when I apply the MV and I may be applying too much of it.

Re: Least "powdery"-looking MMU?

Hi
I find that the more coverage ones look powdery on me. I like Fusion of Color, I have been using the foundation for at least 1 1/2 yrs. I have used BE and tried all the lines out there LOL!!!

Make sure you start with a light hand, especially the fuller coverage foundations like Val's Cover Deluxe.

Why didn't you like the intensive? I'm awaiting my samples of EDM, I ordered some in Orig. Glo and some intensive, a heads up would be nice....
