Liquid Mineral Makeup?
Hi!
I was wondering if anyone has tried liquid mineral makeup, and if so - did you like it? What are some good brands? I've only tried EDM before, and I like it, but I have dry skin, so I usually prefer liquid makeup. Now, liquid makeup that isn't bad for your skin would be perfect, so if anyone could point me in the direction of some good MMU brands that make liquid foundation, and perhaps sell samples, that would be really great ![]() TIA! |

Re: Liquid Mineral Makeup?
I use Lumiere in the FF formula for my dry skin. But I also got a Liquid sample of Lumiere but really didn't like it. I think it gave less coverage, it reminded me of a tinted moisturizer. If your not looking for alot of coverage it's definetly one to purchase a sample and try.

Re: Liquid Mineral Makeup?
I am new to mmu, but in my searches, I saw a diy liquid- IIRC, water & glycerin mixed with regular mmu "as you go". You can mix to the consistency and amount of moisturizer that you like. I don't know where I saw it as it's not what I was looking for :P

Re: Liquid Mineral Makeup?
Good luck with it. You may be able to apply your mineral powder wet....some of the ladies here do that.

Re: Liquid Mineral Makeup?
Thanks everyone
I'll definitely check out the brands listed, and I'll try to apply the powder wet as well. Oh, and the mixing! |

Re: Liquid Mineral Makeup?
mm... can't see the links
but I just received my samples from Illuminare and tried, and I love it! I am used to liquid foundation, so this is good. Their semi-matte seems to match my skin the best at this moment, i think i will order a full size. any one else have tried them? love to know your opinions. |
