I know this is the place to ask.

I am looking for a line of eyeshadows that wear extremely well, have great colors and are a good deal. I have tried a few lines in the passed and they just did not stick even with a primer. I am not really that into samples (baggies are a complete PITA), so they need to have good pics on their website, too. Could you even tell me one with good service and quick shipping?

I know it sounds like alot to ask, but I really need stuff that works, and that I won't get tired of. I guess basics with a little fun. Are there any out there?

You need Fyrinnae then! The shipping time is a lot better than it was. They've got a huge range of colours and the site photos tend to be really good. They have pics of the jars and swatches for nearly every colour.

NYX have some pretty good ones. You can get them at some pharmacies or at cherryculture.com Alot of ppl compare them to mac and they're pretty versatile.

LaurEss. Tons of different textures and colors, excellent service, fast shipping, and extremely accurate pics. May not be the cheapest on the block, but IMHO worth it.

My vote goes for SheSpace. I would link but, I'm not allowed yet...

Colours are great, images on website are not the best overall quality, but the colour accuracy is decent and good verbal descriptions help further. Great staying power! Friendly customer service, shipping might be a bit slow on sale times, but otherwise I've heard it to be good.

ag10v: I don't have NYX around here, but I'd try them if I did. I think if I have to order, I want mineral eyeshadow.

Kamicha: I have sampled a few at Shespace and didn't think they lasted that well. The colors were pretty good, though.

Makeupbabe: Lauress seems a little high for my budget.

My current stash is starting to look pretty good (mostly EM) but I was hoping for something that lasts better.

This is the first time I've posted but I just had to tell you that I'm from the UK & have just got a load of eye shadow samples from the LaurEss site. They come in little pots and the sample size is very generous and their Customer Service was really good. So far, the descriptions on the site have been very accurate.

These suggestions have been a big help! I've had problems with my EM staying power (except for In the Garden, which is my favorite eye color EVER!!).

I would suggest Alima. I recienty started using Alima, but it is becoming a fast favorite!They've got really nice colors that I would consider basics with a little oomph. My favorites are from the Luminous category. They have crazy fast shipping,super cute packaging, the samples come in nice jars, are very generous (one sample can last me months of regular use) and only 1$, and they give 3 free samples with every order. I have almost every EDM shadow, and I would say Alima is a step up from them as far as quality,durability, and colors go.

you know, i've given up on MMU eyeshadows because they fade off or fall all over my face. the best is to dampen your shadow applicator apply compacted shadows. the wet applicator makes the color true, with less use and it stays all day. good luck!

I found a really fantastic buy I haven't seen anyone here post about yet on this thread. There is a company on eBay called "Simply Natural's" that has over 200 mineral eyeshadow colors with more being added frequently. You can buy colors one at a time or you can buy in packs of 5, 7, 12, 20, 50, or 100. The larger the pack you buy, the less the cost is per jar. I didn't see the larger packs initially so I ordered 2 12-packs for $19.85 each, so the cost per jar was about $1.65 per FULL, 5 gram jar!!! The colors are BEAUTIFUL...reminiscent of Taylor Made Mineral colors IMHO. And, 99% of the jars are totally packed to the brim with the other 1% being just shy of being packed to the brim. It is truly a great amount of product for a small price tag...an insanely good deal! It is such a good deal that I'm going back to order at least 20 more. The shipping is very reasonable too via USPS Priority Mail. I placed my order and it shipped less than 12 hours later and arrived 2 days later (granted, I am in PA where the company is located). i was reading somebody's makeup blog when she talked about a site called simply naturals. colors are gorgeous and its only 1.89 for a FULL SIZE 5 gram jar. they also have an ebay listing, which is even cheaper! i ordered some myself and they should be coming in soon :]
