Re: Meow cosmetics

Love, LOve, LOVE it

Coverage is great and perfect! Love the Crystalline Powder (can't remember the exact name and I'm too lazy right now to look it up :P) The foundations are HUGE and tons of shades. Their blushes are gorgeous too. I haven't yet tried my eyeshadow samples but they are gorgeous too!

HTH!

Warmly,

Brandi

Re: Meow cosmetics

I have acne scars and their flawless feline did NOTHING to cover them, so if you want coverage, don't bother. And also, I don't know about the other formula but flawless feline makes me look very cakey, the powder doesn't stick and blend to my face to create a silky/smoothy look.

Re: Meow cosmetics

I have the concealer formula and the FF formula and if you look for a full coverage I think you need to blend some formulas..

becouse its very very matt finishing..

Re: Meow cosmetics

I really didn't like it. I spent over $50 on samples and everything went in the trash. I thought the foundations (all formulas) were sheer and mediochre. I also hated the eye colors. I thought they were not complex and the shimmer seemed to sit on top of the pigment rather then being a cohesive blend. I also thought the eye shadows were not blendable and had a chunky texture. I know they are cheap, but since MMU lasts forever, I try to not just buy the cheap stuff, but prefer to actually spend my $$ on really good products. Just my two cents.

I agree with you about the prices. in the past I looked (how you write it?) sorry for the spelling mistake.. hope you understand me.. what Im going to say that in the past I lookd for a cheap brands and now, after I tried a lot of brands I prefer a quallity and the prices is not the improtnat thing in my desicion to try a brand..

Re: Meow cosmetics

Lienny - I have acne scarring too (red on pale skin) and applying the Flawless Feline dry does not give me enough coverage either. After applying primer and letting that soak in I sprinkle some foundation into a dish then mist it with some distilled water or hydrosol. I then mist my kabuki (the denser bristles are better for coverage than a flat top) and dip it into my damp minerals. It applies like a liquid foundation and I get far better coverage and a more dewy look. I only do the one layer of foundation to smooth my skin tone and blur some of the scarring as I find extra layers just causes a 'cakey' look and wastes product.

I then apply the angora (yellow) concealer (mist that too before applying to make a 'paint') using a large taklon concealer brush on any scarring that still shows through - I dab it and use the brush and my fingers to blend as I go. I could not live without the angora concealer as it covers and blends so well and the yellow really counteracts the redness of the scars. I have not found an equal in any other brand either.
