Okay, I'm oredering the free sample kit from OceanMist cosmetics! (which to mee, seems like a really great deal; it comes with 3 foundations, 1 blush, 1 concealer, and a finishing powder!) By the way, it says they are 5g.. does that mean they are a little in 5g jars or its actually 5g worth of makeup?

Anyway, I was wondering if anybody else has gotten this kit or has used ocean mist? Because they look really promising to me! They're in my price range, and they have pretty colors!! And if any of you have worn OceanMist, what are your experiences with it? Thanks! =)

it comes in the little small jars, but it is great I must say. I am thinking that is my favorite mineral foundation so far.

I'm wearing the foundation today in Linen and the Blush in Rosy Snapper. It looks very nice. The sample kit is a great deal, and I like how it comes in the little jars instead of plastic baggies.

thanks! i can't wait to order it! but its pretty sad that i can't even afford the 3.00 shipping! wah! i was hoping to get it before prom this sat because i was going to do my own makeup. but oh well. T_T

I love OM! I like their foundations, it was my first I tried and I definately keep going back to it. Other than that I didn't like anything else too much. But I love how the sample kit came in jars and not bags. It made it a lot easier. And the kabuki you could add on the kit for like 3 dollars saved me because I had nothing to use. But it does suck, haha. But atleast it was something. Glad I got my lumiere one now!

I have read elsewhere, on this board and others, that OM is quite good, so I think this should be a great deal.

Citre my 2 closest friends have used everything out there and they both love Oceanmist. This is definitely one of their top 3 foundations and if only they would post their mineral collection under Hoozey's thread you would see that these "chicks" between them have used it all! I know that they've ordered full sizes twice immediately after ordering the sample kit. HTH

i've ordered full sizes of almost everything after trying out their free kit. I love OceanMist! Their e/s are so worth it, too (like Taylormademinerals) because a full travel sized 5gram jar is only $3.50!

Oceanmist is great for foundation, its very lightweight. But the blush that I tried in the sample kit has a lil too much sparkle for my taste. I like their finishing powder also.

I agree- I want to see the stashes of those "two" because they have tried it all it seems. Come on, it's not like posting your mugs and only a few people know where you live to come steal the stuff.

After reading all the great reviews... i was getting ready to order my sample kit as well.. but then i read the ingredients and it contains talc! Unfortunately, I have read too many bad things about talc getting into your system...so i won't be able to try it.
