I wanted to post that Heather at The She Space has come out with two new colors as part of her "Colors for a Cause" to help raise funds for a financially strapped family with a 12 year-old son with Cystic Fibrosis. The colors are "Live in Color" and "Happy Birthday Chris" and are a taupe color and a darker brown, respectively, with slight shimmer and "layers of light reflecting color-changing pigments" which were created in honor of Chris' 12th birthday. 100 percent of the sales of the pigments will go directly to Chris' family to help them out with Chris' medical expenses. The colors look really fantastic. The sale of these two colors will only be from now up through May 7th. Hi kittyzabelle- The two colors are really beautiful- I received mine this past Monday. Happy Birthday Chris is is a very nice brown color that is very dimensional and very wearable; it is almost hard to describe but it is really gorgeous. You can really see the light-reflecting pigments in there too which really add to the color. Live in Color is also really nice and is a great highlight color. I hope you enjoy yours just as much when you receive them.

I ordered 8 days ago. I know she said shipping was running at 7 days (before shipping out), but this is ridiculous. I haven't received any shipping notice. Hmmmm?

I am almost sure the shipping is business days - and I think I read somewhere that it's running 7-10 business days now, but I can't remember where I saw that info at.

I would seriously e-mail her to ask about the status of your order if you are concerned about it. I don't know if you are a first time customer of hers or not, but she is an extremely kind and helpful person and I'm sure will be glad to fill you in on the status of your order. I think she may have posted something on the message board of the website about running a little more than 7 days behind; not totally sure about that. I just always know it is worth the wait when I order her colors because they are really, really nice. Try to hang in there and like I said, e-mail her to find out about your order since I know she will help you out.

**And, as carmonious mentioned above, it is seven to ten business days which does not count in weekend days. She has been extremely busy with the sale she just had and her limited edition charity duo after that, so that is why she's running further behind than usual. She has even delayed the release of new lip and eye colors for a few weeks until she gets caught up with orders from the sale. HTH!
