After this thread, I figured out we need one thread totally dedicated to the art of Smokey Eye where we all participate and show off our own definition of the fenomen. Here is my smokey eye. I wanted to show you the good old dark grey one.

Face. Kiss Me Minerals Anna and Kiss Me Minerals Bare

Checks: Kiss Me Minerals Dita.

Eye. Ulta Minerals Eyeshadow in Graphite blue and Kiss Me Minerals Cash. Maybelline Volume Express Mascara.

Lips. Clarins Sensation, nr 610.

Thanks Sadie! So it looks like the "trick" of the smokey eye is in the smudging of the dark color on the lid up to a highlight color at the brow?

yupp, buy a good blending brush, find a colour that is not far from your own skincolour and use that as the lightest color and blend it together with the darkest one from the crease carefully upwards.

At least, this is how I it.
