Re: Want a recommended on a good primer..
At this time I am unware of any liquid or gel primers that are all mineral. Maybe others can reply and give you better information.
I know many of us mineral users are putting Monistat Anti Chafing Gel on our faces before applying our minerals. |

Re: Want a recommended on a good primer..
I haven't tried the gel or liquid primers that are sold by MMU companies. I also use Monistat's powder-gel and I like that it has only 6 basic ingredients (four types of silicones, silica and tocopheryl acetate as a preservative).

You can buy it from PinkApple.com for US$5.95 a tube. International shipping is $11.95 (flat rate).

Bare Escentual's also sells a primer called Prime Time which is really good. I'm sure thats not made up completely of minerals either, but it's a good primer. Everyday Minerals has finished developing a natural mineral primer, but they haven't released it yet. It should be released pretty soon, but they're waiting on something silly like packaging. So you might want to try that when it comes out. |

Re: Want a recommended on a good primer..
Technically a moisturiser, but I think it would work well as primer, too, because it's largely Aloe Vera - check Sarafina's Sheer Aloe Daywear: Sheer Aloe Daywear

Re: Want a recommended on a good primer
I really like Lumiere's primer. It does not have a greasy feel like many other brands do.

My skin tends more towards the dry, but yes, the Aloe is indeed a nice moisturiser/primer. I use the Rosa Mosqueta Daywear as a rule, but that's cos I'm drier. |
