After showering
After showering, what do you do with your hair? Blow dry? Air dry? Do you wait for your hair to dry before combing?
I know you're supposed to wait til your hair is dry before combing because wet hair is more prone to breakage, but I feel like my hair is totally unmanageable when I wait it it dries before combing! Plus I like to air dry, so if I wait for it to dry before combing, it just doesn't look right and doesn't really fall into place.

Re: After showering
i cant imagine waiting for my hair to dry before brushing it out. it'd be near impossible! haha
i get on facebook for about ten minutes, then brush out my hair, do my face, then mousse and dry my hair. so there's probably a good half hour before drying just cuz i hate trying to dry super soaked hair.

Re: After showering
Oh, man. I totally can't comb hair when dry. I have curls! They turn into a tumbleweed if I do that, literally.
If I'm not straightening it, I comb it still in the shower. Afterwards, I put products for my curls while damp and let it dry.
If I am straightening it - I put the products for that and then blow dry with a combed-blow dryer, then flat iron.

Air dry, baby! I don't use any product at all. I love my natural curls!

I usually take a shower at night and let it air dry at night.

Re: After showering
I spray in leave in conditioner all over and then comb it with a wide tooth comb and then wait about 20 minutes or so until I blow dry it so it's about half way dry and then the blow dryer can straighten it out more. When I let it air dry it's all wavy and weird and doesn't seem to style the same as when I blow dry it.

I air dry it and then straighten it. I don't comb it until it's completely dry.

Re: After showering
I sometimes let it air dry but most of the time I blow dry it when I get out of the shower. I let it air dry if I know I won't be going anywhere till I wash it next 'cos if I let my fringe air dry it becomes totally unmanagable. It just doesn't lay right on my face when it air dries.
I brush my hair when it's wet too. I know you're not supposed to but I can't help it! I couldn't blow dry my hair without brushing it, it would be so fluffy and all over the place.

Re: After showering
When I get out of the shower, I towel dry my hair and spray in my Aussie leave-in conditioner, and then apply my Organix coconut milk anti-breakage serum. Then I blow-dry my hair, and use a heat defense spray when I straighten it.

Re: After showering
I towel dry it just squeezing my hair instead of pulling it down and then twist it and put it up in a bun and when it's a bit more dry I use some LUSH toner. Weird but it works for my really wavy/loose curly hair. When it's mostly dry I either use mousse and shine spray if I'm leaving it natural or brush and straighten if I'm not. I use a heat protectant if I straighten or curl my hair.

Re: After showering
The first thing i do is gently squeezing the excess water (i hold my hair together but i don't turn it on itself, if you see what i mean, i feel it only causes more breakage on my lengths).
Then i pat a towel on my hair, and comb it. I let it air dry while i apply my moisturizer and put on my clothes. Finally i use my blowdryer.

Re: After showering
i comb my hair in the shower while im rinsing the conditioner out.
when i do it out of the shower i put in a leave-in conditioner spray then use a pick to comb it out.
then i put whatever hair stuff i use for that day (depending if im going curly or straight) and usually let my hair air dry.

Re: After showering
I comb them before washing them and then comb when I have conditioner on, I have very long curly hair and it's impossible to comb otherwise. Then put them in a towel. I usually don't blow dry, and let them do whatever they want. If I use a blow drier I put some mousse on if I want them to be super curly or I dry them straight.
