10 Minute Pilates!
Ok, you all!
I've found these GREAT pilates videos on YouTube, and imo...they are just as good as Winsor Pilates!!! I'm so excited! I've already copied these and burned them to DVDs so I can use them in addition to my Winsor DVD work out! W00T! OMG, my trauma, pilates, among many other excersices, this just adds to my collection of over 50 or more work out videos, lmao.
Thank you for posting Shaundra, i love workout video posts, you have just hit one of my most weakest spots
