Ok, im only posting here by suggestion, lol, Ashley suggested i should post in here also, since i had only blogged about it.

My god, that woman is awesome. I'm telling you, i've worked out for a year and a half, doing Tae Bo, Cardio, and Pilates, among other workouts such as yoga, and dude, i did this workout the other day, for the first time, and OMG, its like i've never worked out at ALL in my life, i was sore, worked out parts of my body i couldn't even feel before lmao.

This is my new HG, all the other ones are secondary workouts for now, i needed to change my routine anyways. So if anyone of you is looking for a new workout video that is my recommendation for you, one of the best ones, i'm still sore, and its been three days. Jeez. Goes to show that just when you think you've done it all as far as workouts go, you HAVEN'T lol.

I also like the fact that Jillian is not a scrawny ass woman, she's got her stuff in place and she is well proportioned IMO, she looks really good, even though i think her facial features are a teeny bit harsh but that is about it, i think she looks awesome.
I want her body haha.

Anywho, this workout is for those who wish to lose those last couple of pounds to reach their goal weight, about 10 to 20 pounds, here is the link, if anyone is interested on checking it out, a little clip of the video that shows what the workout is about:

Thanks, Nury. She looks intense. When searching for Biggest Loser workout DVDs - I skipped hers because she reminds me of a Drill Sargent - my ass is too sensitive for her, haha. I kid.

I got the other guy and those lunges... man, do they like lunges.

Jillian scares the crap out of me, I am more of a Bob fan, I'm a sensitive one, I'd break down if I had her screaming in my face lol Though this DVD looks good, I seriously need to lose some weight.. I'm getting a little too pudgy for my liking.. heh

Oh she doesn't scream at all in this video, she is actually quite mellow, the video is VERY good, i am really liking the results. So don't be scared of her screaming haha, she doesn't do it in this video, only in the big loser ones where she works with overweight people, [i think they paid her to act like that since it was a reality show] the rest that are her own videos where she works with other professional trainers are good, she doesn't play the sargeant at all haha.
