Breast milk - too early?
Ok i am 22 weeks. I have noticed some clear liquid, mixing with white coming out of my breast. At time its alot it just pours off my breast. I thought i was to early for it.. when do you start experiencing this?

thanks for replying.. ug.. the milk thing is not fun. i can just look down and have a circle around my breast im like. great... then they start itching like crazy... i thought it didnt happen till like 8 months tho. But its a relief to hear im right on time

Yeah its fine, some ladies produce earlier than others, its just colostrum. You plan on breast feeding when you have the baby?

no i am being put on depression meds. i get depressed easy and i have herd of baby blues.. so i am going to try and skip threw that phase with some depression meds . dont want to be breast feeding while on them

It's unfortunate that you're depressed and pregnant. Anyway, I'm 32 weeks and I haven't leaked or even seen a liquid come out. Guess I'm one of those late bloomers.

The next time you see your ob/gyn, mention this. Sometimes medications can cause the thyroid to over/under react. Combine this with your body getting prepared to have a baby - you might be lactating prematurly.
