did you know that if drink water in a glass you will drink more than from a 0.5 bottle?

it's curious but true, in fact a normal person when use a 0.5l bottle may drink lesser than a person who drinks 3 glasses.

it's a psycological attitude and an ancient animal instinct to save water if you are not at home.

it's summer , hope it would be interesting.

I think it would depend on how big your glasses are and whether you fill them up.

I'm actually the opposite, I will drink more water when I'm not at home and I have a bottle with me.

I drink tons of water at work and at home! But I am at work so much it's just like home as well!

i read it on "scienze" an italian magazine, curious but if you think 3 glass for all of us are lessser than a bottle 0.5 ,when normally are more

i've found a technique : i always have my 1.5L bottle next to me, and to make sure i drink it i bought some flavors (natural and 0 calorie) made by Canderel (do you know that brand ? it sells sweeteners [aspartame]).

I drink more at home, just because I don't lug around bottles of water - just 1, and it's usually gone by the time I come back home.

it's better to drink only water than 0 calories drinks...

water is pure and the "Na" is balanced by the "K" in your body,
sweet 0 calories drink have lots and lots of other ingredients that can make slower your metabolite.

That is interesting... I drink from a 32 Oz mug at work... Water and ice or diet soda and ice.... And I counted how much I drank one day and it was approaching 4 litres....
