Fiber?
What breakfast foods do you eat to get your fiber in the morning? I'm a big cereal eater and recently tried LiveActive cereal...anyone else try it?

Re: Fiber?
I've eaten Fiber One's Honey Clusters. There's also a new Caramel Delight cereal.
I want to try their yogurts!

Re: Fiber?
We got a new cereal that the entire family is into, including the little one! It's called Optimum with flax seed and blueberries.
I am a huge proponent of fiber- SAY NO TO COLON CANCER!!! hahaha

Re: Fiber?
Yeah I heard eating alot of fiber can prevent or decrease the chances of getting colon cancer. Hey Ashley, I like clusters in my cereal. The cereal I had was Nut Harvest Crunch. You may like that one. I like my cereal to have a crunch to it.

Re: Fiber?
Oatmeal with sauteed apples and cinnamon on top. Not the instant processed oatmeal though...

It is true - also, good eating habits , without tons of salt and nitrates , are key to prevent gastric cancer as well. Where i live the prevalence of gastric cancer is really high , because of the habits here. Too much smoked fish, dry shrimps, no fibers.
I eat basically papayas with oatmeal (either on them or dissolved on milk & chocolate). After having a really bad constipation episode , i decided on eating healthier. Also , my snacks at the hospital are basically fiber bars.

Re: Fiber?
I'm a Raisin Bran girl... did anyone notice the box change? It now has a bright green stripe that says "Digestive Health".
