I was up in the gym just workin on my fitness...
i went to the gym today YAY!! i havent been there since july. i walked 1.10 mies on the tredmlll and biked 1.5 miles and did both in 45 minutes. my plan is to go to the gym everyday for 30-45 min untill i go to new york. i gotta get in shape! i also picked up some nv. my....aunt in law? has lost 50lbs takeing it and just modifiying her diet and being more active. shes tried everything else to loose weight and was almost going to get gastric bypass but decided to give it a try and its working for her. so im giving it a try. i had spinach pizza for lunch- it was super yummy. i had half a piece and half of a cesar salad from sbarro. i havent had it in 0385409385094385098509385 years and it was DIVINE

yuck! i know!! but im determined!! ive got alot of walking to do in ny so i gotta get used to it! id be worse if i go not used to moveing
