Smile Relaxation exercises

“Relaxation Exercises”

Basic relaxation exercises to keep stress away. Everyday relaxation exercises to stay stress free. What does it take to wind you down? This is an unpredictable process that typically varies from individual to individual. What works for me, may or may not be beneficial to you. For example, I like to practice Wing Chun. This is one of my favorite relaxation exercises. I also lift weights and meditate. Now, do any of these sound familiar or ideal to you? Surely you do something to relax and free yourself of worry and stress. The key is finding out which works best for you. Ponder the activities you love. What helps you relax the most?

Wait, let me guess; you like to head off to a day spa for a little R and R. Does this sound about right? A massage and facial always make great relaxation exercises. If you’ve never had these done, it’s probably high time. A few years back, I purchased a couple spa packages. I enjoyed a relaxing day of utter pampering, a full body massage and facial. It was outstanding. If you’re short on relaxation exercises, spas are commonly the answer. I’ve yet to hear someone say that they hated the spa. If you’re on a budget and can’t afford one turn your bathroom into a spa. Add a little bit of milk and honey to your bath maybe even some roses. Put on a facial mask and just unwind in your own bathroom. Exercise is also a great way to relax and work of tension. Whether you love football, basketball, Karate, or yoga, these all fall into the realm of relaxation exercises. As I learned in my martial arts training, when you strike, you release energy. I took total advantage of this and still do. I practice Wing Chun on a wooden dummy and get rid of pent-up energy. It feels like such a relief when I’m finished. Then I follow it with a hot shower. Talk about relaxation exercises. The shower and bath are classics.

Meditation is one of the oldest and greatest relaxation exercises. Many people aren’t aware of how it truly works. It’s about clearing your mind. You no longer have to focus. Drifting away is the key. This way you’re free from the burden or work-related stresses and screaming children. Your mind leaves and finds serenity. It’s the epitome of relaxation exercises.

How to Unwind
*Mediation
*Yoga
*Listening to Music
*Invest in a mini waterfall or listening machine
*Lock the doors and have a hot bubble bath.

Re: Relaxation exercises

My favorite relation exercise is bellydancing, I do it at least five times week for about twenty minutes a day. I finding it is very relaxing. Beyonce Welch - The World's Oldest Lesbian Bellydancer !

Re: Relaxation exercises

Lifting weights and running help me unwind and de-stress.
