Sending some good vibes your way I need to start working out this week myself. Would like to lose a little weight by Christmas.

I agree w/ maybe getting a check up and making sure you're ok.

Then just start out small so you don't burn out, get bored, give up or injure yourself.

How about reading some fitness magazines? That gets me in the mood sometimes. Or buying a new workout outfit then I wanna wear it and work out in it so it motivates me.

i have had that problem to befor i would get the flu or stomach bug my son is in day care every since were sick alot and i couldnt work out and had hard time getting motivation but if you work out reg then you know after about a month you start seeing results i always find it hard untill i get to that point but once i do i dont want to lose it so think about that girl and get motivated
