So I was flipping through my On Demand Menu, and went to Sports & Fitness. On Exercise TV, they had a program called "2 Weeks, New You".
So I clicked it, and it's 2 weeks of day to day exercise routines and tips to get you jump started into getting back into shape from Special K and Shape. Of course, I think they want you to buy into their stuff, but the 2 week program doesnt actually focus on either sponsor, outside of a few commercials in the beginning.

I did the first one today- it was a 15 minute super easy breezy cardio jazz routine, nothing brutal, just something to get your heart rate up, and a perfect first day routine.

I think this is totally doable for the next two weeks. Anyone who has On Demand, come and join me and let me know what you think!

i've seen this ad more than once on tv, but i don't know if it works. besides, i don't like much the Special K cereals, i used to love them but now they're just whatever.

I love the Special K Vinila Almond.... I keep a box at work... problem if it's there I will eat the whole box in one day!! lol Hope it works for you, Jen!!

I did it last night again... it's so dang easy that I feel like I should do more! but who knows...

I don't do Special K either, so instead, I have Optimum Bran and Flax Seed cereal with Blueberries... I call it my "horse oats" hahaha

I don't have on demand either, but i LOVE special K cereals, they are so yummy! i preffer the ones that have way more fiber though, like Raisin Bran.

lol, that's funny, i run away when i see fibers on a cereals box, i know i'll probably end locked up in the bathroom.
