The start of my new life!

Well i just wanted to stop in and let you all know that i had my last cigarette today and im finally done with it. its finally over! no more smoking for me. i have eliminated any kind of "evidence" that i smoker would live in this house except for lighters which will be used only to light insense! my husband has had no clue in that i had planned on quiting but he has asked me millions of times when i would quit and told me that i smoke way too much so im hoping that he will be very happy and proud of me when he comes home today. im also hoping that maybe me quiting will help my mom to realize she can do it too because shes having a pretty rough time. well just thought i'd share. and if any of you have also quit and would like to share some words of wisdom i will promise to take them to heart.

Congrats to you! I've tried before, and quit for a while, but didn't quit long term. I'm hoping to quit very soon, and I wish both of us success! It's not easy, especially cold turkey! Melissa (eightthirty) recommended I try Smoke Away, and I'm thinking I will. Best of luck! We're here for you!

Congrats no taking the first step! I'm a smoker too and i've been smoking for close to 10 years now (yikes!). Smoking is a nasty but an addicting habit, and it's not easy quit (yes, I've tried many times...)

Congrats on taking such a big step! Quitting cold turkey is definitely difficult, but you can do it. Your husband will be absolutely stunned! You'll feel better, too!

I am still 100% behind SmokeAway even though it was introduced to me as an As Seen On TV product and I don't have the best luck with most As Seen On TV products, this one really works! I highly reccommend it. Aquilah, I'm on the verge of jumping back on the Smoke Away wagon, myself.
