I ate a bunch of broccoli for dinner and now my stomache hurts. Is there something about broccoli that makes it difficult to digest? I'm getting the worst stomach cramps.

i have the same problems at times i belive the cramps are gas some veggies do gas you up manly green ones which are very good fo you go figure

Broccoli has quite a bit of fiber... Some people react differently to different foods though. Some veggies can make you produce more gas, especially beans and cabbage, but I guess it could happen with broccoli too.

Try taking Beano the next time... I know their commercial shows the lady eating broccoli, and saying it's the Beano that helps...
