Anyway, this is where I get hints of cellulite. Arggh. I already started doing squatchs (yuck) and lunges (double yuck), is that going to be enough to work out the hamstrings? If you have any better exercises that target this specific area, please share!

the only thing extra would be to add maybe ankle weights, maybe you need just a lil bit of weight to get those muscles working at peak, ya know! stairmaster as fast as you can go for as long as you can go is great for for you whole body !

I think some weight training won't do the trick alone but it will do good
The best exercises of what I heard is cycling and/or running.

I haven't found the discipline to really keep doing this week after week after week...but I think that will deliver results.
Maybe it will work for you ..if you don't hate these sports
