Problems trying to list ebay items on Marketplace

Hello. I purchased a subscription to the Ebay Marketplace, but for some reason it will not allow me to access the board at all. I get a message that I do not have a subscription or I have not posted enough messages to qualify. I posted for several days trying to raise my numbers, but it does not seem to have helped. I paid for a year back in Feburary, and have not been able to list a single auction yet! Any help you can provide would be appreciated. The number of postings in the regular forum were not mentioned as a prerequisite before purchasing the membership for the Ebay forum.
Sincerely
Julie

Re: Problems trying to list ebay items on Marketplace

No, it still will not even let me access the Ebay Marketplace forums, much less link my listings. I list on three different sites, and do not have time to continue trying to access the subscription I paid for with you but have never been able to use. I continue to get the message I have so register to access this area, or do not have enough posts to view it. If I click on the subscribe button, I get the sarcastic message that duh I have already subscribed, which is less than helpful since A. I know that, and B. I still cannot access my subscription that I paid good money for. This was supposed to be a simple addition to my marketing, and instead has turned into an expensive headache. A refund would be appreciated.

Re: Problems trying to list ebay items on Marketplace

Hi OriginalSkin,

I am Tony, the admininstrator here. I just ran a little test:

I just logged in as you, opened a new thread for you...and it works fine. I didn't change anything. You can see that here. As you can see it's in the Ebay Market forums.

When you were in there, did you try to open a new thread by clicking on "New thread" button? The reason you saw that first message was there was no open threads in that forum.

We are always willing to help.

Re: Problems trying to list ebay items on Marketplace

Hello Tony,
All I have been trying to do was access whatever will list the products....I went to Member Marketplace>Ebay Marketplace forum>and hit the error message saying I was not subscribed or had not posted enough to view the forum. Today when I try it, it is magically working, which is great, but unfortunately the same sequence of actions has failed consistantly up until today. All I want to do is list the auctions.......HOW DO I DO THIS? I thought there would be info on the Ebay Forum board on how to link to my listings, but evidently there is not a lot of people posting over there. So can you please tell me where I go to enter the Ebay items for the marketplace? That is all I wanted to do all along, that forum link was the only way I could see to do it! Now it is working, but does not seem to have ANY info. I look forward to your reply.
Julie

To clarify, until today I have never been able even get into the Ebay forum, much less click Post New topic! I never made it that far!
