Hi all. Just curious to know what all you lovely people do for a living or plan to do in the future? I'm currently applying to pharmacy school (unless I change my mind). I'm the most undecided person in the world when it comes to buckling down and committing to something. I'm pretty sure this is what I want to do. I guess it's just the act of filling everything out that is scary. I don't want to be an adult! Hope this isn't too nosey.

I'm going back to school to study to become a Dental Hygienist. Sounds exciting, eh?
My aunt said it's a pretty good job, especially if you don't want to work everyday. That's me, lazy for life.

lol, I know what you mean about being lazy. I have heard being a dental hygienist is a pretty good job. I've thought dentistry, but I don't think I can handle looking into people's mouths. I live in the south, and there are a lot of people with really bad teeth.

My best friend recently graduated from Dental Assisting, and she loves doing it.


Right now, I'm a stay at home mother and Army wife and preggo. Hardest damn job(s) of my life. I would love to be working right now, but between having to pay for childcare and gas, it's just not worth it. Plus, I only get to see my husband during part of the weekend, and we both refuse to lose that time.

At the moment, I'm jobless right now. I've been babysitting my niece though for my sister while she works. I have to give stay at home moms a lot of respect. I rather go to work everyday then to watch her sometimes cause she's so full of energy. She never wants to stop and slow down. Right now, I definitely couldn't take care of children and a household 24/7.

so far im still going to school although i should have graduated awhile ago (but a mix of changing schools, changing majors, getting residency, and emotional problems have caused the process to take forever).

i plan on after im done wtih my bachlor to spend like a year having an emotional breakdown then going to grad school for botony.

i want to do research in the botony field. so pretty much my dream job is to sit in a lab all day and look at plants through a microscope.

Right now I work at a department store...that does not pay enough and I can't really live off it so I'm in the process of searching for a new job.

I do plan on heading back to school, but the question is when?? I have no clue. Hopefully I can figure it all out before I turn 40.

Right now I'm studying Art & Media and then next year I'll be taking on two extra courses which so far I've decided on Philosophy and English.
I don't know what I want to do in the future really. At college we each had to conduct a media lesson like we were a lecturer and apparantly I was quite good and I enjoyed it too but I don't think I'd like to do it as a career. I'll probably end up going into something to do with Design like Architecture or Graphic design.

I just completed my undergraduate double degree in Natural History, Culture & Museum Studies - basically a mix of history and fossils. I'm starting my masters in Museum studies (woohoo, no science!) in about a month.

Other than that, I work as a receptionist/personal assistant type thing at a serviced office. It's quite a nice job, just answering phones, making tea and coffee, ordering catering, typing stuff up and surfing the net. Plus my boss is pretty awesome.

Sooo, yeah, no real job for me yet!

Goodluck in pharmacy school...my fiance is in pharmacy school and has 2 years left, and I can't wait until he is done!!! I just finished nursing school and passed my boards a few weeks ago, start my new job next week!

I amount about to attend University this fall, for a bachelors of science, followed by medical school, internship/residency. And in the end I hope to become an anesthesiologist. So yea, I'll be 30 when I 1st start my career :|

I am a Computer Aided Drafter, I design plumbing systems for buildings/schools/hospitals/etc. It can get pretty boring but it pays really good so I'm happy with it.

i have my undergrad in business. i work as an accountant. i also have my aestheticians license and have a small skincare business that i do in my spare time. lately i have been thinking about going back to school to get my mba. not really decided yet.
