Costume Help
See, I wanted to be Helena from My Chemical Romance's music video, Helena ( ), (she's the girl in the black dress who dances down the aisle if you didn't already know) and I needed a little help as to how to do the makeup and make the costume. I already have shoes and hair down. Just some suggestions would be nice!
