Omg I can't believe this happend to me. Last friday I got in a car accident. It seems I went through red light but I was convinced it was green. I don't remember how that could happen. I am totally confused.

I saw the other car comming right at me and that was a very scary moment... I thought that was my last moment (lucky I had a seatbelt on)

(it's hard for me to find the right words in english to describe my feelings)


After the crash I was so happy I was aware and that I could breath but I had such a heavy pain on my chest and toe

I broke my big toe and they had to pull it straight because it was disformed omg OUCH! My leg is now in plaster bandage.
But that was not the worst.
I made a heavy smack against my sternum and it felt like there were standing 10 elephants on my chest, painfull.
The heart specialist was concerned and I had to stay 24 hours at the coronary care. My heart is bruised and my ECG showed it. Very scary because I have always been scared for heartstuff. They also made an echo and I have a leaking heart valve but the specialist said I could be 90 with that so I have to trust that (lots of young women have that he said), but they will have to examine that some more after 4 weeks.

(In the past I sometimes have heart palpitations but that was harmless, that's what the doctor said but always scares me, I think it has something to do with stress.)
But anyway, I am home now, can't do anything more the lie in bed and rest and have lots of painkillers!!!!
It sucks but I think I have been so lucky after all because who knows what could have happend..(*thanks gardian angels*)....That's what I think, when I am in pain and feel my chest and muscles $%^*& hurt.
I hope everything will be allright and I will recover 100%
I can't use crutches right now because it hurts to much on my chest

OMG, i am SO glad you are OK!
That must have been truly scary!
But you are alive and recovering that is all that counts, now try to relax and de stress so you have a fast recovery, focus on yourself now and know that there is nothing more precious than life, cars, you can always get another one or get it fixed quite easily, but a life is much more different and fragile, take care and i hope you get better soon!

Wow, you were certainly lucky!!! Glad you are mostly OK, it could have been much worse. My SIL has a leaking heart valve and it hasn't slowed her down a bit! I'm sure you will be fine. Heal quickly!

I liked my car (Nissan Micra) very much, it was an older car but it was very reliable.
Despite the accident, it did a good job.

You know that laughing hurts omg, that is bad lol and I am trying to avoid cough and other muscles movements. Hiccup is the worst!

Because I am in bed all day I have to inject myself in my belly everyday with Fraxiparine, to prevent deep vein thrombosis.
