Oh my stars....
Yesterday I was babysitting, and someone called and so I answered like 'Hello?' and they were like "hello?? Hello?!?!?" and it was all static-y and they kept saying 'oh my god, I'm going to call the police..." -pause- 'I'm calling the police' so i was like shaking and freaking out, and so I put the phone down to call my parents and when I picked it back up the person was still there! So i put it down again and went to the kitchen to get a different phone and THEY WERE STLL THERE!! and they said 'saturday at 2:00' *static* and I was like AHHH~!!! And I can handle a funny prank call, but not a scary call from an older man while i'm home babysitting in rainy weather!! I'm pretty sure it wasn't someone I know... maybe they just had the wrong number... who knows... but then they called agian!! But I didn't answer that time... lol.

Freaky things used to always happen when I was babysitting. I used to babysit all the time for the next door neighbor kids. I was an idiot and I watched that movie called, When a Stranger Calls. Not sure you ever saw it, but then I kept getting hang up calls. I called my boyfriend and made him leave work to come over and sit with me until the parents got home.

Haha, yeah my friend and I watched When A Stranger Calls at NIGHt!! It was bad... lol. But I'm kind of paranoid now....

Could've been a crossed line? We get that all the time with my mobile phone network in my area, for some reason. I'm always getting calls and hearing two sides of a conversation, or just static.

Yeah might have been a line crossed. That has actually happened to me a lot. Even sometimes when I've been on the phone suddenly there will be a third person randomly on the line.

Thats pretty creepy though, literally gave me chills reading it!!

I've never heard of crossed lines... what are they? Maybe that's what it was? or maybe just a wrong number.... our number is gets calls alot from people who dialed the wrong number b/c it's easy to remember... but it didn't seem like prank call... I NEVER ever get prank called.... most of my friends aren't really into that... but maybe it was just one of the guys calling or something... having his dad talk.... and making static.... and saying weird things.... and using God's name in vain.... Maybe. Lol.
We tried to get it traced from like the phone company or whatever, but someone called after they called so they couldn't trace it. If they call again, you can push Star 57 and pay 8 bucks and they will trace it for you... but I'm pretty sure they wont call agian. hopefully. lol.

I had a weird call about a couple of weeks ago, this guy called my cell (wrong number) and as soon as I picked up, he yelled at me to hold on (?!) and was swearing on the phone about the stupid traffic. Then he asked who I am (HELLO?)

Sorry that happened to you! What is it with the freaky calls here lately? I've been getting them too. And apparently now it's not Crystal anymore, but Jennifer. And I know a billion Jennifers, but have asked them all if they are calling me and they say no.

Yeah, I guess I should have asked if they were OK, but I didn't know what to do!! I was just freaking out, and I didn't want them to know I was home alone, and they weren't talking to me really, it just seemed like they were on speaker phone or something.... I don't know. i hope they weren't hurt or something...
