So disappointed

Why is it that when you plan something or your so anxious for it to happend and you wait so long but then things start screwing up and it just ruins it for you....

i mean im going on a shopping spree....buying clothes ..makeup....etc....and its suppose to be this WEEK! but my hubby lost his credit card now its gonna take him 7-10 days for his card so that means i cant go shopping and ive been waiting for 2 years....!!! and now that i have the chance......i get bad luck!!!.....

When i mean 2 years....its becuase i got pregnant at 18 and i was a size 3 then when i got pregnant i had to waer materbity clothes after the pregnancy im now a 7!!! So my old clothes dont fit...and for 2 years now i have be without decent clothes....and it costs alot of money to get a whole new waredrobe....and im a stay at home mom plus my hubby only works....so i cant spend money on just myself....but now that we have thousands of $$ in the bank(from a lawsuit) i get my chance to finally buy clothes that fit me!!....and those chances just keep running way from me....

Anyways....im bummed.....but hopefullly maybe this wek or next i get to do some shopping..and its not just me my husband & and my daughter also get new stuufff

I agree with Angela... use the $$ in the bank. you won't have any debt. I wouldn't even waste my time ringing up a credit card. enjoy your shopping spree! I had a baby 10 months ago... i went through the same thing, you need a whole new wardrobe. you'll feel so much better when you have it.

It's definately better to use the $$$ from your bank acct then a credit card...trust me, I KNOW from experience after being in a $12,000 CC debt...lol. I'm still partially in debt, but I learn from it. Now I ONLY touch whatever is in my debit card which is linked to my checkings account. Least that way, you know the money is yours and not floating around somewhere...and having to pay it back with interest.

So go shopping and pamper yourself

well its not really a creit card its an Atm/debit card....Something like that....and my hubby only wants to go shopping when he gets the card so he could just take out money with it....instead of writing checks and stuff...

i guess i can wait a bit longer

but hopefully wheni do go shopping i have a good day...cuase usually when i go shopping i get in a bad mood cause some clothes i like doesnt look good and its so hard to find jeans that look good on me.....So i hope that works out good

I know exactly what you mean about jeans-shopping. If you're not in the right mood for it it can be really depressing

don't worry, I think everyone finds it hard to find pants that it perfectly! God knows who clothes-designers are actually modelling their clothes on, like I have skinny legs and bum and stomach but wide hips so it's really hard to find pants which will actually do up across the front lol :P

I hope you get to go shopping soon, it's good therapy! I am planning a spree too after exams yay!
