So some Nutcase tried to Attack my Husband and In-Laws
Okay, I wasn't on MuT at the time so I couldn't share the story when it actually happened.
The following happened on March 2nd, I copied and pasted it from my MySpace blog cause I'm lazeh!
Wes msged me earlier telling me about the weird lunch break he had at Burger King today.
He, his mom and his brother were outside having a smoke after they finished eating, when this crazy guy showed up, no shirt, no shoes, no socks. (Keep in mind that Toronto was just hit with the biggest blizzard of the year yesterday!)
Anyway, this guy comes up to them and says he's going to carjack them(their van was nearby) and he says that they "Better go inside." My mother-in-law is obviously freaked out at this point and wants to get away from the guy, but Wes just laughs at him.
Then the nut lunged for my brother-in-law!
So Wes immediately got between the crazy dude and his family, giving his mom and brother the chance to get safely inside. His mom was really scared and didn't want him "having fun," she was yelling at him to get inside and lock the door so they could call 911.
So for his mom's sake, Wes listened and went inside, but he couldn't lock the door cause the guy was pulling on it, trying to keep it open so he could get in and go after them again.
Wes was having some trouble keeping the door closed long enough to turn the lock, so the guy just kept pulling and pulling. Then the idiot let go of the handle and managed to get his hand on the door - just in time for Wes to pull back with all his strength, jamming the guy's hand between the metal door and the door frame.
Naturally, the guy starts freaking out cause his fingers are broke and Wes was finally able to turn the lock.
But then this group of teens show up and the guy starts lunging and swinging at them! So Wes unlocked the door and got them inside before the guy could hurt anyone.
That's when the police showed up and arrested the guy.
Now is that an interesting way to spend lunch, or what?

Wow that would suck. Just glad to hear that no one was hurt except for the guy trying to jack the car. Hopefully he learns his lesson.

Wow! How scary! You have a brave husband! Thank goodness everyone's okay! One time I went to get gas and when I pulled up to the pump, some drunk scary looking man came up to my door and tried opening it. Thank god my door was locked- I freaked out and drove off. Who knows what would have happened if he got in?

Re: So some Nutcase tried to Attack my Husband and In-Laws
I think he was most likely on drugs. Even after getting his hand crushed he still swung at a group of teenagers, so he had to be on something.

I'm just amazed by how stupid some people can be.
I'm glad your family wasn't hurt by that nut job.

Re: So some Nutcase tried to Attack my Husband and In-Laws
wow scary! Did you guys figure out if he was mentally ill?
and Natalie, thats scary too! Good thing your doors were locked.
I think today I realized that I will always just lock everything to be safe
I hate it when people make the world a scary place to live in.
