Thank you Thais!!!
I had to write a paper last weekend on what I believe makes a hospital qualify for making the "Top 100 Hospitals" as deemed in US News & World Report. I had to also show how the hospital I chose showed total quality management and continuous quality improvement in their organization.
So, I chose the Mayo Clinic, which happens to be #2 on the list. Our very own Thais happens to be a second year resident there! So, she let me interview her! I must thank her VERY much for the information she provided me with! Between her interview and my writing skills, I was able to get 100% on my paper! Ahhhh yeahhhhh!!!!!!!! Thanks again sweetie! I totally appreciate it a lot!!!!!!
