first, i got a job for july, and maybe i'll work there too for august. you know in France we have a social insurance, compulsory. well, when your kids turn 18 and become students, they have to switch to another system. my job is to answer, on the phone, the questions and tell the parents or the students if they have to switch for a student social insurance, and if so, if they have to pay for it or not.
