I had a baby so I now started this for some help with slight PPD. I heard it was good for not gaining weight but bad on anxiety (I've noticed the anxiety part). Has anyone had any experiances with this?

I was lucky with my son because I had a slight PPD for 2 days when I was extremely emotional and cryed about every little thing but then it disappeared. I've heard a lot of women had PPD really bad. Hang in there and hope it gets better for you soon.
