Are you staying home for Thanksgiving?
Are you girls going out of town for the holidays or are you going to stay home? Me and my hubby will stay home for Thanksgiving since all of our family is here, but I wanted to go out of town for a change. I guess this holiday is different becuase now instead of going to one house, i'll be going to my hubby's folks houses as well! Talk about tired, I know I'm going to be.
So what are your plans?

Re: Are you staying home for Thanksgiving?
I dont know what were doing for thanksgiving. All I know is that my rents are having thanksgiving and christmas combined since they are moving back to OK. It sucks but they dont like it here in NE so they want to move back home according to them. So we'll pry go to my bfs grandmas house. They consider me family which is nice.

Re: Are you staying home for Thanksgiving?
Actually, I have in-laws flying out to see us. So hubby and I get to stay home, and I get to cook, and clean, and serve the men/boys, of course. Then they all find a cozy place to curl up and take a nap.

Re: Are you staying home for Thanksgiving?
We always have Thanksgiving at my Grandmothers. She lives in the same city that I do. Now that she is 80, my mom and I have to help her cook more but she is still the queen. There is usually about 20 of us. I just hope it's not hot. I HATE it when it's hot on Thanksgiving in Florida.

Re: Are you staying home for Thanksgiving?
I'll be at my mom's, eating as much as three! I usually have to make three stops ever year but this time I can lay around in one place. I'm looking forward to it. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!

Re: Are you staying home for Thanksgiving?
I wish I was, but we're going to the in-laws. All I can say is, my MIL better not suddenly be "sick" for the 3rd damned year in a row leaving me w/ the dishes! I will go sit in my car and stay there until John's gotten the girls ready and we leave LOL!

Re: Are you staying home for Thanksgiving?
I'm going to my aunt's house for Thanksgiving. It's a little boring but at least the food is good!

Re: Are you staying home for Thanksgiving?
I took Friday off and I am driving up to my mom's on Wednesday night. We don't do the regular Thanksgiving dinner. My mom just cooks awesome Mexican food.

My mom doesn't like turkey so she won't make it. So we would either have to order it from a grocery store or restaurant.
Besides, I love my mom's home cooked meals.
