Maybe she looks so tired because she is doing a good job as a Mom?
Let's give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she is up with her Daughter, and that just could be the reason why she looks so tired. It could happen!

She is one I feel bad for because she was publicly called fat and chubby and now has gone to the extreme!

And call me crazy, but I don't think the dress is THAT bad.

Not liking this at all. I'm not a Nicole Richie fan by any means but I often really like the clothes that she wears. This however is not one of those times. I don't think her hair looks particularly good here either. The way it's sitting makes her forehead look huge. Like someone let an alien loose in the dressing up box.
