Lately it simply hasn’t been enough for celebs to have success in music or film. Now many of them are trying their hand at designing clothes, shoes, lingerie and accessories. From very successful lines like Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B. and Diddy’s award-winning Sean John to the recent introduction of Beyonce’s House of Dereon, it really seems like a hit or miss for celebrity fashion lines. Some make it, some don’t. Here is a list of some of the more popular lines currently available online and in-store.

The most popular are the “lyric tees”, vintage tees with lyrics from classic songs printed on the front. Moore also offers simple basic tees, long and short sleeve in different styles on the Mblem website.

House of Dereon by Beyonce
Founded by Beyonce Knowles and her mother Tina, the her range carries anything from dresses to shoes to denim and coats. A very feminine line, inspired by Beyonce’s girly style and her mother’s fashion background, House of Dereon is available online and at boutiques. At the launching of the line, Beyonce was criticised for using fur in her ad campaign by PETA, and that may have somewhat affected the initial success of the line.
