Oscar Red Carpet Fashions
People magazine, and all the morning shows will be critiquing all of the Oscar red carpet looks. Every year they usually bash someone who I think looks great. Who is your loved it/hated it? I loved Nicole Kidman, but Charlize Theron didn't do it for me this year in that green gown. Usually she looks fab..

Re: Oscar Red Carpet Fashions
Reese and Nicole looked gorgeous, loved the gowns. I loved the lower half of Jessica Alba's gown, but the top looked weird, like the designer didn't finish it or something. the absolute WORST had to be Michelle Williams . . . the design, the color, even her makeup was Bright Red lipstick with a dress that looks like it was colored with a bright crayola crayon! Yuk!

Re: Oscar Red Carpet Fashions
Haha Charmain, our opinions on Jessica's dress are opposite (I like the bottom, didn't like the top) but we're in agreement on the Michelle's clashing lipstick/dress!

Re: Oscar Red Carpet Fashions
How long do you guys think that Reese took in picking out her dress? Remember all of the hoopla about the dress she wore to the Golden Globes.
Check out Jada's arms. Damn.. she is cut!

Re: Oscar Red Carpet Fashions
Yeah Charlize Theron's was just blah!!!! And generally she has good taste!!!
Reese Witherspoons was elegant but nothing special she wore best dresses in the past, much better!
A suprise for me was Felicity Hoffman, she was very sexy and the dress very beautiful and elegant!!!
JLo's was good, I liked the color, but I didn't like her mu!!
Jeinnifer Aniston's hair was not for the occasion I didn't like them very no Oscar look!

Re: Oscar Red Carpet Fashions
There is just something off with Nicole Kidman.
I like Jennifer Lopez's dress, but not on her. Felicity Huffman's dress the deep V and the sheer side panels were too much. One or the other would have been better. Overkill. I like Jessica Alba's dress, but what was up with the high hair? Sandra Bullock looked a mess, nothing new there. Hair looked like a rat's nest. Not your typical Jennifer Aniston dress or hair. Blah. Charlize Theron looked like she was wearing 1970's curtains pinned together. Loved her shoes though.
Marisol, the place you got your pics from show the stars in much better light. The ones I saw on another site showed every imperfection and detail. I wasn't too impressed with the fashion this time around.

Re: Oscar Red Carpet Fashions
Hm, I LOVE Reese's dress, I think she looks great. Salma and Jennifer Lopez's dresses are pretty as well. Dolly Parton looks like a deranged ballerina. I like Michelle's dress, but the mustard color is awful. I think it would have been better in navy. And the red lipstick with the mustardseed dress? Ick. I don't like the bottom of Zhang Ziyi's dress, it looks like a prom dress at dillards or something. The top is pretty though.

Reese Witherspoon unknowingly wears Kirsten Dunst dress to Golden Globes
The Chanel fashion house has apologized for an oversight involving the gown Reese Witherspoon wore at the Golden Globes. The glittery cocktail dress had been worn by Kirsten Dunst to the awards in 2003.
Witherspoon, who grew up in Nashville, won best actress in a musical or comedy for her role as June Carter Cash in "Walk the Line."
Celebrity stylist Phillip Bloch told The Associated Press that Witherspoon was victimized because of someone else's negligence.
