I was thinking she looked pregnant, too!
She also looked more like she was getting cold with the wind blowing and her in the little dress and wrapped the blankie around her to keep warm, lol!
I mean, she IS dressed more modestly than usual, so I don't see why she'd be concerned about exposure.
