I don't get email... but I get so many phonecalls to our house phone, we don't even answer anymore.
Plus, I know where I stand on all my issues, and it's absolutely the WORST when you have a sticker on your car, and a sign in your window, and a sign in your lawn (No on Proposotion 8- it's a California thing), and you STILL get a ton of flyers and door hangers everyday from Yes on Prop 8 folks!!!

Ours is like: Monday-Listen to the politicians. Tuesday-Vote. Ha!
Then again, I don't know about other Brits but I really wouldn't wanna listen to our politicians talking for any long period of time lol

The phone has been ringing all day, thank goodness for call ID, but they still leave messages giving their spiel. I have gotten emails too. No one can come to my house b/c I live in a gated community. I am also tired of the ads, tv and radio. And I want to hear news that isnt about politics for once.

I, luckily, don't get any of those emails (maybe in my spam account) & I live in an area where we haven't gotten many tv ads (thankfully). But I have been bombarded with the Fw's...Sara spent $150K on outfits...Obama & Biden both voted against an ammendment making english the official language of the government...blah, blah, blah...

I do listen to news radio most of the day, so I usually know what is true & what is blown out of proportion.

FYI - she didn't spend that much on the outfits & they both did vote against the ammendment

I'm sick of all of the commercials on tv about the local elections:

" Joe Blow LIED when he said....."

"Would you really vote for someone that will increase taxes?"

And I'm tired of people finding some tiny thing to blow out of proportion in the national election. Politics get so dirty sometimes and I don't like it. We're all adults here...let's act like it.
