Ok so MAC will be releasing 4 collections next month.... Sheesh......there goes all my extra play money. Sonic Chic, Electroflash and New View will all launch July 10th (US) and Colour Forms July 11th (was moved up from the 18th).... So my question is whats everyone getting? I am going to try and budget but so far from what I have seen descritpion and swatch wise I am planning on:
Sonic Chic : 2 blushes ( will try and keep it at 2)
Electroflash: 2 mineral eyeshadows & 3 lippies ( I love those pinks)
New View: 1 msf Duo
Colour Forms: 1 play around pink colour powder, 1 pop circle lipstick and 1 gilded green p/m

pretty good... considering all these collections coming until the end of the year What is everyone else thinking? I know this will change once we see them in person...

I'm not sure if i'm getting anything. i have yet to purchase anything from mac other than their brushes. Of course that my change from here to then.

From Colour Forms, I'm getting the Advanced brush set and Pop Circle l/s. I'm not sure about the other collections though, I'll have to see them in person. It all sounds so pretty though!

Sonic Chic - I want Nuance, Dainty, Warm Soul, Lovething, Lovejoy, Pleasantry, and Gleeful.

Electroflash - I don't like mineralized eyeshadows, so I'll skip on that. Might get Mellow Mood, Fast Thrill, and and Vanity's Child lipsticks. I don't like lipglosses, but I might get Sonic Vibe, Culture Clash, and Major Minor if they're pretty.

Colour Forms - Circa Plum, gilded green, tea time, and maybe royal flush pigment. Maybe naked to the core lipstick and cool eyes palette.

New View - Nothing, unless it's really different from past MSFs.

Sounds like a lot, but I'll probably pass on a few things once I see them in person.

Maybe (hopefully) there'd be some new breakthrough colors...

Im really looking forward to a mineralized blush.

And one of those cool lipsticks with the circle in the middle, or a lipstick from Electroflash because the colors look sweet.

Thankfully, my mineralized eyeshadow Ether from last year has LOTS of life left, and the colors are my fav, so I wont buy anymore.

Im trying to limit myself to just those 3 things as I'm unemployed lol. I hope that will change soon. I also got really lucky and I have a giftcard. WHAT TIMING!

I've had the opportunity to check out the Electroflash collection. It is amazing. If you are one that likes a lot of shimmer, you are definitely going to love the collection. I had the opportunity to see some swatches of the eyeshadows by a friend of mine and they are amazing. The color is also the type that can be build on, so you can actually change the look of the shadow.

I am sooooooooo looking forward to the New View collection because I love anything that adds shimmery to the skin and from what I heard, these are so hot. I haven't had the opportunity to see any swatches, but have heard that if you are looking for great bronzers this summer, the New View collection is a must see.

I haven't had the chance to research Sonic Chic, although I have asked around. I heard that it is amazing. I absolutely love gold and my friend said "If you love gold, you are a Sonic chic" so I am very much looking forward to Sonic Chic, for the sole fact that the amazing shade gold is playing a huge role.

I think the Color Forms collection seems really great, yet simple. I haven't had the opportunity to see much about this collection, but did see a swatch of the pigments and "Tea Time" (which I plan to purchase) is a really nice brown with gold in it is just beautiful. I think the palettes look amazing and it's nice to see the simplicity, yet eclectism that MAC offers.

So yea...

Play on plums and Sea and sky... after all that talk...

BUT! Play on Plums can be duped in the UD deluxe palette, so booo... But I'm keeping it.

My Sea and sky and some other stuff from other collections hasn't arrived yet
