How can I recreate this look?

It looks like a goldish eyeshadow as a wash on her lids and a bright brownish red lipstick. It also looks like she used a reddish blush and false lashes!

I wear that shade of Black cherry lipstick. Try the cheap drugstore lines for women of color like Black Radiance (Walmart). You will definitely find the shades for foundations and blush too.

ohh MAC amber lights on the lid. i know that for sure! and then maybe a deep brick red probably even a brown red on the lips MAC X-S or Polished up. dark eyeliner (Mac Smolder) & false flashes. highlight on brow is probably MAC vanilla (because on darker skin it turns a golden color). i hope that's it! i don't see any blusher but if you wanna throw some on i'd suggest a light rosey pink like desert rose.
