MAC eyeshadow recommendations
Hello Ladies,
I am wanting to expand my MAC E/S collection and am hoping all of you knowledgable women will help me out with some recommendations. The nearest MAC counters and stores are 2 hours away and I won't be making that trip any time soon. Therefore I'll be ording on-line. I have blonde hair, blue/green eyes, light complexion. These are the colors I have now: Brule Gleam Soba Charcoal Brown Paradisco Coppering Vanilla Malt I am open to all suggestions and all colors. What should I add? Thanks in advance for your advice! |

Re: MAC eyeshadow recommendations
You could check out the MAC Combos list (It's a sticky) to see what others pair the colours you do have with and get ideas from there.

Re: MAC eyeshadow recommendations
For a couple neutrals, I'd suggest Woodwinked and Bronze..together they make the perfect neutral eye!

Re: MAC eyeshadow recommendations
Carbon (or Black Tied) are a must have to create a smokey eye!
Humid and Sumptuous Olive are some of my favorites too.

Re: MAC eyeshadow recommendations
I was just at MAC today and got 5 shadows among other things. Ironically I was wearing Coppering today and I put Stars N' Rockets (dirty lavender with red/pink reflects) on top and it created this sick purple-ish pink, kinda fuschia. Its really pretty. I also got Steamy which is a bright bluish green with gold shimmer. I'm sure that would look awesome on you. Also Texture which is a brown with shimmer. That would look great against your blue/green eyes. Enjoy!!!

Re: MAC eyeshadow recommendations
I am blonde, green eyes med complexion..
gleam is one of my favorites on the lid, and haux in the crease and shroom for highlight. ploof is my second favorite highlight, and good for the lid.. saddle is a good crease color quarry is good for crease woodwinks is very nice for the lid embark is pretty for the outer crease smokey eye look.. i use brule all over eye, then put texture in the crease followed by embark on the outer crease.. all of these colors you can mix and match and they will go well together.. if you want purples, beautiful iris on the lid, quarry in the crease, and fig1 in the outer crease is really pretty too.. let us know what you decide to get !!! |
