Bad Housekeeping
Are you your mother's daughter when it comes to housekeeping or does she put you to shame?
To see how mothers and daughters differ in cleaning routines, we conducted the Bad Housekeeping survey here on our Website. The results? When it comes to housekeeping habits, the 5,717 women who responded proved that there really is a generation gap. Women over the age of 55 do the most cleaning -- 19 hours a week versus 14.9 hours by younger women.
Also, most women over 60 say the messiest room in their homes is their bedroom, but women between the ages of 31 and 50 say their children's bedrooms win that prize.
