Re: Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey

We put the turkey in bowl and then pour heated gravy over it. As long as you eat it before the gravy gets cold it is great.

We do that too. My mom heats the turkey and gravy in a pan on the stove. Sometimes she puts it on bread. I really miss that, she only sent enough turkey for a sandwich

Re: Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey

Turkey tetrazzini... I normally just do sandwiches. Since I've signed up with Kraft and various other brand name websites, I get loads of recipes around this time of year with recipes for leftover turkey.

Re: Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey

We go to my cousin's on Thanksgiving. My wife makes a turkey and the trimmings for us to eat on the Friday after. So we still have a bunch of turkey even though we ate it Saturday and Sunday. We are planning to have another go round tomorrow night. I love turkey, so I don't mind.

That's my favorite: turkey and brown gravy over white bread. Yum. Makes me wish I had some leftovers this year.
