I've forgotten my user name.
And the forgotten password emails won't send to my email address, yet I'm still getting the newsletter. I'd like to stop getting the newsletter, but I can't without being able to log on. Is there any way this can be fixed?

Your username is right in that newsletter email that you received. Did you even read it?
