Hi,
This is the message I get when I am on the proceed stage on the swap board. I type in the user's name and then the product ID # but I get this message:
"Username and Swap Item ID doesn't match "

What to do?

This is Vishal handling development of Swaps section. Can you kindly provide me with the Username and Product/Swap ID that you are trying?

Basically, the Swap ID should belong to the user whom you have chosen for the Swap since it checks the Database for the match. Kindly let me know and I will ensure we have it resolved immediately.

I was wondering if you could also make the SwapIt board do this:
I can view the product item #on a few differnt swap it pages rather than just one. Then I do not have to search for the one specific bar that will give me the product #. The item # will be reflected when I click on the upper right blue tab that lets me procede to check out.
I hope you understand what I mean?

Hi Californian,

I checked and found that Product/Swap Item was deleted which explains the problem you got since it did not find the record in the database. Try this #475892 as this item is active and can be swapped with Tony. I will check what can be done regarding the other post you sent. Thanks.
