I can't seem to find a place to get it to re-send. Never got the original, and this is the only sub-forum I can post in. Yes, I checked my profile and the e-mail addy is correct, and also checked my spam folder.

then u tell ur problem and u will get e-mail soon.
check the spam again.

Looks like it's taken care of if it's not showing "Awaiting Confirmation" as your customer user title. Are you all set?

I think she got the email confirmation already.
We got other users having similar problems as well, probably just slow mail server issue.
