Hello. I have a question, sort of.

A while ago, Tony made an announcement about guests and people not logged in being able to view user profiles, but after some people voiced their opinion, he changed it back. A few minutes ago, I was not logged in, and accidentally clicked on someone's username and was able to view their profile.

I'm just wondering if Tony decided to allow guest to view profiles again.

I can't remember what the hell I did or when, but yes, logged out users(or unregistered) currently can see user's profiles
