Try clearing your cache:
Clearing Cache/cookies on Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7.0
1. Open Internet Explorer 7.
2. At the top, click on TOOLS then down to OPTIONS.
3. Under Browsging History, Click on DELETE.
4. For Cookies, click on DELETE COOKIES.
5. For Temporary Internet Files, click on DELETE FILES.
6. Click OK.
Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0
1. Click Start, select Settings and Control Panel.
2. Double-click Internet Options to open Internet Properties.
3. Click Delete Files.
4. Select Delete Cookies.
5. Click OK on the Delete Files dialog box.
6. Click OK.
Clearing Cache on Firefox
1. Click Tools and select Options.
2. Click the Privacy Icon.
3. Click Clear across from the Cache option.
4. Click Ok.
5. Exit and relaunch the browser.
